5K Runs

5K runs are open to all abilities and are a great way for those new to running to experience a race atmosphere. You can run, walk or jog around the course and soak up the fantastic atmosphere, all while raising money for a great cause.

150 runners dressed in blue to support the 4th annual River Run. It was a fun filled after-work event in Orchid Male Cancer Awareness Week that started and finished in the heart of London!
