Every year over 37,000 men are diagnosed with a male specific cancer. To highlight this and support Orchid you could organise an event based around the number 37,000. 

Below are some great ideas that you can do yourself, with friends and family and get your work colleagues involved:
 
1.      Give something up for 37 days
Do you have a sweet tooth? Enjoy too much caffeine?
Spend too much time on the internet?
Why not try and give something up for 37 days and ask people to sponsor you.Image
 
2.      Bake 37 cupcakes with blue icing
Arrange a cake sale at your School, College or University.
Take some cakes into your workplace and sell to your colleagues when they need a mid-afternoon sweet treat!
 
3. Organise a quiz with 37 Questions
Do your friends, family or work colleagues have a competitive streak in them? 
A quiz can be organised after work, in the evenings, at your local sports club, local pub or village hall.
